Acacia Festival Touch Rugby Competition

On the 12^th of June, I participated in the Touch Rugby Competition.  It was a beautiful sunny day.  The rules were a little different than what I was used to but I enjoyed it all the same.

At the practises that we had last month, the field was much wider so I was able to score tries by running down the sideline.  However, the field that we played on in the competition was smaller than I though so I got quite irritated. We got beaten in the first game before I could even get used to the field.  But I think I slowly got the hang of it.

As I was in two different teams, I was lucky enough to play in the second game of the team which made it to the finals.  The opposition team was the team that we had originally lost against.  So I went into the match wanting to take revenge against them but we lost once again.  But I was satisfied that I did by best.
