General Meeting and Overseas Trip Report The KIS General Meeting was held on the 17th of April at 6 pm at Sepamu. Many distinguished guests including the Mayor of Kosaka Mr. Kawaguchi, the Chairman of the Town Council Mr. Kameda and Deputy Mayor Mr. Ogasawara attended. The proceedings finished a success due to the hard work of the young Chairperson, Ms Narita Mikiko (former KIS office staff). The second part of the evening was the report from the students who participated in the overseas experience trip to New Zealand. However, before the presentation started we had a toast and starting eating some delicious cooking. The KIS staff made some ginger fried pork and some chicken rice. Rowan made a three-layer pie with minced lamb meat, mashed potato and cheese. He went around serving it to everyone. It was quite popular. After eating, photos were projected onto a screen while the students one by one talked about the trip.
