This year 20 participants from 14 different countries came to Kosaka on the JICA Programme.

This is where we introduce the JICA participants to their host friend/family that will spend time with them over the next three months. The JICA participants get to learn about Japanese customs and can teach their host about their own customs as they spend time together over the weekends doing various things. This year there are eight host friend/family groups.

Mr Miyamae who participated in our Host Friend/Family Programme as a host,  wrote about his experiences with the programme.
